The Customer Engagement manager is responsible for taking the organization further on its multichannel journey to improve Customer Engagement and further fuel Sandoz’ in-market performance.
The Customer Engagement Manager(s) is(are) part of the Region Europe Commercial Excellence & Digital team and work closely with both Sandoz Technology and country colleagues.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Boost adoption of Sandoz Customer engagement platforms across the region, in order to provide seamless customer experience across all channels & devices to serve key customer groups and establishing Sandoz as a trusted and valued partner.
- Support countries and Therapeutic Areas leads with Customer Engagement journeys from A to Z, and make sure to bridge the gaps between Sales, Marketing and Comex to align functions around a truly customer-centric approach
- Drive development and adoption of customer centric approaches for substitution markets
- Drive reach expansion strategy – ensure implementation of consent collection & activation, SoV increase and/or digital-only projects
- Contribute to RE content strategy and implementation
- Strengthen our digital customer engagement capabilities and initiatives across our different business models and target stakeholders to advance Sandoz’ Multichannel engagement in collaboration with RE Comex & Digital team, Countries, and Sandoz Technology teams
- Provide visibility to the countries on the adoption and impact of our Multichannel Customer Engagement, developing a culture of acceptance and innovation within the countries
- Gather existing experiments, assess impact and communicate findings to the wider team
- Coordinate regional and cross-country collaboration to drive adoption and best practice sharing
- Work with the Head of Digital Infrastructure, SFE & Analytics, to integrate web-analytics in performance management frameworks and measure the impact of digital assets within omnichannel marketing mix
- Develop trainings around MCE Pull in collaboration with T&D, as well as global, regional and countries cross functional teams

Minimum Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- University degree, preferably with a major in Marketing, or Digital / IT sector
- English fluent is required, additional European language is a plus
- Commercial Excellence or business leadership experience of min. 5 years
- Leadership skills with an ability to set a vision, lead change, and to motivate others
- Ability to work with senior leaders on both business and technical sides
- Functional expertise of Digital & Multichannel business
- Strong business acumen and relevant market know-how of Gx / pharmaceutical industry, Medical Devices or FMCG
- Experience in leading and developing Digital & Multichannel strategies in a cross-functional, collaborative environment is required
- Strong experience in implementation of Digital & Multichannel solutions
- Good command of e-commerce technology, commercial use of social media, Standard Operating Environments, knowledge management systems
- Superior ability to communicate, collaborate effectively, and push things through/across a global, matrixed company
- Excellent project management capabilities
