Tasks
- Support the Project Management GAM Excellence team members in their daily tasks related to communication and administration
- Engage in the preparation, execution and follow-up of monthly Global GAM Team calls, and Best Practices sessions
- Support the team in different GAM projects and priorities, e.g., activities around Employee Engagement, Sales + Marketing, etc.
- Take over end-to-end responsibility of the communication plan, Knowledge Hub, newsletters, and other communication channels
- Support for the planning of the 2024 portfolio
- Get creative and refine training videos for GAMs
Qualifications
The Reimagine Project PMO Lead must be an energetic, proactive, and self-motivated team member. They need to have a mixture of leadership styles moving easily between being supportive and leading, and of course be a skilled influencer. Being able to see round corners is a distinct advantage for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field of study
- First experiences in corporate marketing and communications through internships desirable
- High proactivity in approaching various stakeholders with different professional background
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Reliable team player with an independent and structured way of working
- Very good command of MS Office applications
